Doblons is another simplistic 2d shooter game that is incredibly addictive! Despite being very basic to look at its progression system is quite deep, giving you the option to upgrade and design your ship in a number of different ways.
How to play.
You start as a very basic ship with 2 side cannons and the hope that over time you can be a hugely feared battleship amongst the server. The game is a lot of fun and due to the different variants available you can play in a different way each time until you find what works best for you. You sail the seas collecting colored orbs that appear passively or killing enemy ships to gain experience and gold that you can use to upgrade your own ship. At the top left of the screen there are stats that you can put points into in exchange for coins, and once you fill up the XP bar you can add a gadget to your ship. In my own experience I found that setting the maximum movement speed with a strong hull and a battering ram was incredibly entertaining.
Controls.
In this game you can use the WASD or arrow keys to navigate and the left click or space bar to fire your cannons. The f key is also used to take aimed shots at the cost of coins.
